We have a team of 3 engineers who have a combination of GasSafe and Hetas qualifications between them.  These qualifications are renewed every 5 years.

We supply and install gas (NAT.GAS & LPG) and solid fuel heating appliances.  We manufacture some of the stone fireplaces and our engineers have been trained to install fireplaces including marble, slate, stone, wood and reconstituted marble and stone.

We can also prepare the fire opening, from knocking out to the original builder’s opening, plastering and installation of your chosen appliance and flue so in most cases we are able to complete the entire works ourselves.  (We do not do structural building works, plumbing or electrical work.)

Our experienced surveyor (and former engineer) will visit your property after your initial enquiry to discuss your requirements, give advice and measure up.  Following this visit a quotation will be prepared and sent to you for the work that you require including the costing of any variation you would like to consider.

Please bear in mind that any installation, alteration of a flue or fire surround carried out by a non Hetas registered company requires the work to be signed off by a building inspector and this is something now that Building Control are not keen to do.

Our engineers can service natural gas, LPG and multi fuel appliances and we also offer chimney sweeping.  Most appliances should be serviced annually but please refer to your instructions for guidance on maintenance. Some manufacturer’s offer extended warranties, this is often on the condition that the appliance is serviced regularly, again refer to the terms of your warranty.
