Very helpful on initial visit. Booked an appointment and they were ready and waiting. Got walked round their well sticked showroom and talked through various options. Still waiting for a survey etc so can't comment on price. But helpfulness and info at early stages has been good. Robert W, Feb 2023

Very happy with the service we received from this company, from arriving at their shop looking for a fire that would run off propane tanks through to fitting. The process has been seamless and everyone we've spoken to has been helpful. Just had a log burner and flue supplied and fitted before Christmas by Heatcraft Aylsham . Very impressed with the service from start to finish. Very professional and responsive and we love the log burner. It has really made a difference and gives out masses of heat. The staff and all those involved in the survey, supply and fit of the log burner were amazing, highly skilled and very professional. They did everything including organising the cherry picker and making the hearth ready for the log burner. I would particularly like to thank Trudy for the amazing post purchase customer service and for replying so quickly to e-mails. We had a small problem in initial stage after the log burner was fitted and they fixed it straight away. I have no hesitation in recommending them if you need a log burner and flue. We started to have a problem with the chimney on our solid-fuel stove, so contacted Heatcraft. As it was "Lockdown" we weren't surprised to be told that at that moment, they couldn't visit. As soon as it was possible, their surveyor arranged a visit - he was prompt, efficient and helpful.Within the limitations of supplies, we quickly had a new chimney. Installed a woodburner last month done by Heatcraft Anglia - including chimney pot/liner so it required access at height. Highly recommended - very competent and professional service - it was done with minimum fuss and was relatively painless in terms of disruption.
