During the current crisis, Heatcraft Anglia have been constantly monitoring the situation and following government guidance on a day to day basis.
The rising severity of the situation has led Heatcraft Anglia no alternative other than to suspend all works with immediate effect.
Our customers who have ongoing works can be rest assured that these works will be our first priority once there is government guidance to re-open.
We realise we are the first port of call for our many hundreds of customers regarding breakdowns and advice regarding their existing heating appliances. We are working to provide remote assistance regarding this and will announce any further information in due course on our Facebook page and our web site.
We would like to wish all of our customers and staff to stay safe and stick to the government guidelines, so hopefully these measures are in force for as shorter time as possible.
